Strength Camp

Our co-ed strength camp sessions focus on developing your fitness capacity through the use of resistance training and varying intervals and timed sequences.

We do all of that by integrating an array of different fitness components into your training each and every day.  Never the same…always challenging.

Things like…

Plyometrics, HIIT Cardio and Integrated Strength Circuits.

We do that by using a vast amount of training equipment that includes: Barbells, Dumbbells, Kettlebells, Suspension “TRX” Training, Sandbags, Strength Bands, Medicine Balls, Jump Ropes, Rowers and more!

We’re a family owned training facility…not a corporate gym behemoth with thousands of members who don’t know each other.

You’ll be in a tight knit group along with others that are motivated to achieve the same type of fitness results you’re looking to achieve.

Whether you’re a seasoned workout veteran or a complete beginner, you’ll be coached closely to individualize any training you may need during your sessions.

You’ll also get the benefits of joining a supportive and fun group of workout partners for a great training session in a high energy, upbeat, positive environment.
