Our strength camp sessions focus on developing your strength, maximizing your ability to be move through exercises properly, increase your range of motion and flexibility as well as taking your cardiovascular “cardio” fitness capacity to an entirely new level.
Our training sessions are coached closely to individualize any training when appropriate during your sessions.
This allows you many of the benefits you’d receive from one-on-one personal training but without the higher cost. You’ll also get the benefits of joining a supportive, fun, competitive group of teammates for a great workout in an awesome environment.
