Chandler Boot Camp Coach Delivers Nutritional Wake-Up Call!
Today I want to chat about your nutrition a little more and how you can completely change your body IF you do it correctly.
I provide you with a TON of nutritional information geared to help you keep focused and on track with your eating. And I know, from my own experience (myself and clients), that often times it kind of goes in one ear and out the other.
We kind of filter the information because we know “it” already and think we’ll put it into practice. Well, that’s usually not the case.
I mean, how many times have you said you were going to start eating right and either it lasted a week or you just kept putting it off?
That might even strike a cord with you right now. I know I’ve been there….and I love this stuff.
So I can imagine the struggles others have with being
consistent and seeing results week in and week out. It
usually takes a complete mind shift or event to propel you
towards getting your nutrition right on a consistent basis.
We all know it takes discipline, consistency and a plan to REALLY see and feel the results we’re looking for. Because if those three items aren’t part of your equation, the results you get will be less than stellar. No question about it. You need to know EXACTLY what your providing your body for maximizing your fat loss results.
SO DO YOU???
Because nothing happens by chance. If you wake up without a plan for the day, you’re doomed to make poor food choices, skip meals or both. Of course, doing so won’t get you any closer to your desired result…even if you’re exercising religiously.
Yes, effective exercise is important to achieving your fat loss results, but not without the proper supportive nutrition day in and day out. And yes, that includes your weekends! I know I sound like a broken record sometimes, but it’s absolutely CRITICAL for you to understand. The what, when and how much you put in your mouth has a direct relationship to the amount of fat loss results you’re getting or not getting.
I’ve mentioned this study before, but it’s worth mentioning again.
A 2008 study by Kaiser Permanente’s Center for Health Research found that people who kept a food journal lost TWICE as much weight as those who dieted and exercised alone. It’s not a surprise that our most successful campers are those who plan each day and know EXACTLY what they’re eating for each meal and snack before their day ever begins.
SUCCESS is a planned event…..NOT a chance encounter.
